In 2014 Rueben sought out the city to boost his career & take advantage of all the opportunities St. Louis has to offer. He loves the vibrant neighborhood of Tower Grove South & discovering all the great local businesses & hidden gems all over the city. Rueben will win you over with his optimism & organization! Stress doesn’t seem to bother him so when the going gets tough, he’s still going to be as cool as a cucumber to see your home sale to the finish line. When he’s not working on the infinite details of your real estate transaction, you can find him gardening, spoiling his dog Lulu or relaxing with an IPA with his huband Danny. Oh, and he may or may not be obsessed with listening to NPR.
“I have used Rueben for several real estate transactions this past year and a half, both for investment properties and my primary residence. Rueben and his agency, Garcia Properties specialize in the south St. Louis area. Rueben has been an invaluable partner in helping my attain my real estate goals both for buying and selling. He is very knowledgeable on the area and the different types of housing stock located in St. Louis. Rueben really does go above and beyond to ensure transactions go forward without a hitch. He is a great resource for vendors and suppliers in the area. He also has great ethics and integrity. I highly recommend Rueben for all of your real estate needs.”

“Rueben makes it happen! First time home buyer and newer to St. Louis, Rueben took me under his wing and made sure I was taken care of. His negotiation skills, knowledge of the market and neighborhoods, willingness to brainstorm and entertain my changing ideas of what I was looking for, and friendly advice on how to get the most out of homeownership landed me in a home that is more perfect than I could even imagine.”
